our technology solutions.

Gioseppo holds information from different platforms and business tools, such as Shopify and other data sources.

At Cloud Levante we built a Data Lake that brings this information together in one shared environment, making it easier to integrate, clean and organize so the data can be connected and put to better use.

This project is a step toward a solid data structure — a key first step for building integrations, automating processes and adding Artificial Intelligence solutions on a reliable, well-structured foundation with proper data governance.

The solution runs on IONOS Cloud, on European infrastructure, which strengthens information security and makes GDPR compliance easier.

Domus Aqua needed to monitor in real time how the machines installed at different sites were running and quickly detect any issues.

We built a web platform that centralizes all the data sent by the devices at its facilities. From a single environment, they can check the status of each machine, review history, download reports and receive automatic alerts whenever a parameter goes outside set limits.

The platform also lets them update equipment firmware remotely, avoiding on-site visits and making maintenance easier.

All the information is being stored for a second phase of the project, in which Artificial Intelligence will be used to analyze historical data and anticipate potential issues or behaviors.

We automated expense control for a restaurant chain that collected supplier invoices and purchases from its different locations in Excel files.

We built an AI agent that extracts the data from each file, classifies expenses by restaurant and category, and automatically generates consolidated reports.

The process, which used to take around two hours, now takes under 15 minutes, with all the information organized and ready to review.

This makes it possible to compare expenses across locations, spot budget deviations, and cut down the time spent on administrative tasks.

We implemented an AI platform to centralize contracts, legal reports, internal procedures and other documentation for a law firm.

We built an assistant that lets staff ask questions in natural language, locate specific clauses and get answers based on the available documents, including references back to the original sources.

The solution makes it possible to search more than 3,000 documents without having to manually dig through folders and files, while keeping existing access permissions in place.

This speeds up document review, makes it easier to find information, and frees up more time for legal analysis.

We built an AI solution to speed up the creation of teaching materials for a training academy.

The tool generates illustrations, infographics, exercises and presentations tailored to different courses and education levels.

The platform makes it possible to create more than 200 educational resources a month, centralizing text and image generation in a single environment.

This reduces class-preparation time, makes it easier to update materials, and allows content to be tailored to each course.

We built an AI solution to speed up the handling of invoices and accounting documentation received from an accounting firm's various clients.

The system identifies the type of document, extracts data such as dates, amounts, suppliers and line items, and checks whether any information needed for bookkeeping is missing.

The solution can process more than 800 documents a month, organizing them by client and flagging those that need review.

This cuts down on manual data entry, makes accounting work easier, and speeds up day-to-day document management.

We reviewed the cloud infrastructure of a private clinic network that needed to cut its hosting and maintenance costs for internal applications.

We designed and carried out the migration to a new cloud provider, sizing resources to match its applications' needs and ensuring service continuity throughout the change.

Monthly infrastructure costs dropped from €8,000 to €2,800 — a 65% saving worth more than €62,000 a year.

This cuts operating costs without compromising performance or security, keeping system availability intact.

We implemented a cybersecurity solution to centralize oversight of the servers, applications and management systems of a transport and logistics company.

We deployed a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platform that collects and analyzes security events, identifies suspicious activity, and generates automatic alerts to support the response to potential threats.

The solution cut average incident response time by 50%, improving visibility over the security of the entire infrastructure.

This enables early threat detection, strengthens information protection, and helps keep logistics operations running smoothly.
