Process automation

Process automation:
Fewer manual tasks =
more time for your team.

Copying information between systems, reviewing documents, updating records, or preparing reports. These are necessary tasks, but they shouldn't take up hours of work every week.

At Cloud Levante we analyze those processes and automate them so your team can focus on higher-value work.

  • We adapt to the tools your company already uses.
  • We design, implement, and validate each automation with you.

Tell us what task repeats in your company and we will show you how it could work automated.

These are just a few examples. Each automation is designed around your systems and needs.

Some necessary tasks
don't need to be done manually.

A piece of data arrives by email and someone enters it into the ERP. It is then copied into a spreadsheet, and later used again to prepare a report.

The problem isn't any single task — it's all the small manual steps that pile up every day.

We automate those processes so information flows between your systems, repetitive tasks run on their own, and your team only has to step in when it truly matters.

we automate.

Organized by area. Pick a category to see some common processes.

Invoice in the inboxLogged in the system

Invoices processed automatically

An invoice arrives by email, its data is identified, and the information is logged in the right system without manual entry.

Alert
3 pending invoices are past the defined deadline

Automatic payment follow-up

The system detects pending invoices and generates alerts or reminders based on the rules you define.

Photo of the receiptExpense logged

Digitized expenses

You upload a receipt or take a photo, and the necessary data is logged and organized automatically.

One example

How an administrative
process changes.

Before

Dozens of orders arrive by email every week.

A person reviews each message, finds the necessary data, and enters it manually into the management system.

Several hours spent entering information

Manual process: high intervention

With automation

Orders are processed automatically and their data is loaded into the system.

The team only reviews cases where information is missing or an issue comes up.

Time is spent only on exceptions

Automated process: review only

How it works,
step by step.

  1. 1

You tell us about the process

You explain what task you want to automate, how you currently do it, and which applications are involved.

You don't need technical documentation or any prior preparation.

  2. 2

    We analyze the automation

We review the process, the tools involved, and which steps can run automatically in a safe and efficient way.

  3. 3

We design and integrate the solution

We build the workflow and connect the necessary systems: ERP, CRM, email, business apps, APIs, or other tools.

Whenever possible, we work on top of your current environment.

  4. 4

We test the process with your team

We validate the automation with real situations, review exceptions, and fine-tune it before putting it into operation.

What we assess before automating

Not every process needs the same level of automation.

Before rolling out a solution, we assess which systems are involved, what information is processed, and where human validation needs to stay in place.

For especially sensitive processes — financial transactions, critical decisions, or certain actions on corporate systems — we add control and approval checkpoints.

A process may also have grown over the years with no clear way left to run it. In those cases, we first sort it out and define it together with you, then automate only the parts that truly add value.

Frequently asked
questions.

What processes can be automated?

Mainly repetitive tasks, rule-based processes, and workflows where information moves from one tool to another: document processing, record updates, report generation, alerts, validations, or data exchange between systems.

Can it integrate with our ERP or CRM?

In many cases, yes. We can work through APIs, integrations already available in the tools themselves, or other connection mechanisms. Before starting, we assess what the systems involved allow.

Do we have to change the tools we use?

Not necessarily. The goal is to automate on top of your current environment whenever technically possible.

Can a person review the process before it runs?

Yes. We can design fully automatic workflows or add human review, validation, and approval checkpoints.

What happens if there is an error or missing information?

The workflow can detect exceptions and route them to a person for review instead of continuing automatically.

Can automation work with documents?

Yes. We can combine automation with technologies like OCR and AI to read, classify, and extract information from invoices, forms, contracts, or other documents.

Where is our data processed?

The architecture is defined based on the project's needs, taking into account security, privacy, access control, and applicable regulations.

How long does it take to implement?

It depends on the number of steps, the tools that need connecting, and the complexity of the process. After assessing the case, we define the scope and implementation timeline together.
